Embedded hardware and firmware engineering.
RJC Systems provides board bring-up and debug, embedded C firmware development, and schematic review for hardware startups. Our engineers work fully remote: ship us your board, and we return working hardware with a complete written report.
Get in touchServices
RJC Systems supports hardware teams from schematic through working board. Every engagement is defined by a written scope, price, and timeline before work begins.

Board bring-up and debug
Complete bring-up and debug services for new boards. Staged power-up, verification of power rails, clocks, resets, and communication buses, fault isolation, and repair. Every board is returned with a written report documenting our measurements, findings, and changes.

Firmware and drivers
Embedded C development by engineers who understand the hardware underneath. Peripheral drivers, sensor communication over I2C, SPI, and UART, and protocol debugging. Our firmware is tested on your hardware before delivery.

Schematic and datasheet review
Independent design review before you commit to fabrication. We verify your schematic against each component datasheet, covering power, grounding, decoupling, and pinouts, and deliver documented findings for a flat fee.
How it works
Our process is fully remote. Hardware ships by mail, and design files and reports are exchanged electronically.
Tell us the problem
Send a description of your board and the issue you are facing. We respond with a one-page agreement covering scope, price, and timeline.
Ship us the board
Mail your hardware to us and send the schematic, layout, and any existing firmware electronically.
Get back working hardware
We return your board with a written report detailing our measurements, the root cause, and every change made.
New clients pay 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Shipping time is included in every timeline.
